Return Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, including their large size, customization, and extended shipping timelines, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures we maintain the highest quality standards while fulfilling the unique customization requirements of each order.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited warranty to protect your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Structural components: Up to 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Surface finishes (e.g., upholstery, paint): Up to 6 months from the date of delivery.
  • Electrical components (if applicable): Up to 6 months from the date of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
  • Issues arising from improper assembly, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain, which are natural characteristics of certain materials.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please contact us at info@yimmibeauty.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery. Upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect the packaging and product for any visible damage before signing.
  • If damage is identified, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Provide photos of the damage and the packaging for us to assist with resolving the issue promptly.

Warranty Statement

During the warranty period, we are committed to providing you with satisfactory services if there are any problems. To ensure you have full product warranty benefits, please read the following carefully:

  • All products offered by YIMMI are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of placing the order (excluding wearing parts).
  • Wrinkling vinyl on chair seating surfaces is normal and is not a defect. All chairs will progressively do this with age and use.
  • To ensure safety and performance of electric units, installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. Damages due to improper installation or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
  • Plumbing-related products (e.g., shampoo units) must be installed by a licensed plumber. Warranty will be void if not installed and serviced by a licensed professional.
  • Minor variations in leather color may occur due to batch differences in manufacturing, which are not considered defects.
  • Instruments provided meet national standards and are covered by a 2-year warranty for free repair of quality issues.

Wearing Parts (1-Year Warranty)

  • Footrest, reclining hydraulic rod, gas lift of hydraulic chairs
  • Faucets & sprayer parts of shampoo units
  • Faucets of pedicure units
  • Wheels & gas lift of salon stool
  • Wheels & dryer holder of salon trolley

Exclusions

  • Wearing parts replacement costs.
  • Failures from physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or disasters.
  • Staining/discoloration of vinyl from clothing dye, hair color, bleach, or sunlight exposure.
  • Damage caused by dropping or mishandling.

Warranty Requests

All warranty requests must receive prior approval from YIMMI. If any issues arise during the warranty period, please contact your sales consultant promptly. Upon review, we will provide a suitable solution based on the actual situation.
