Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information to keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
YIMMI manages the export process, but customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.
If you selected door-to-door delivery, the local courier service will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
For port-to-door deliveries, you will be notified when your order has arrived at the port and will need to coordinate with the local delivery service to complete the final delivery.
