Order Questions

To make shipping more worthwhile, our minimum order quantity is 3 pieces.

Once we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

  • If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
  • If it’s still missing, contact our support team at info@yimmibeauty.com.

None of our items are available immediately as they are all custom-made.

  • Accessories: 1–3 weeks to manufacture.
  • Furniture: 2–4 weeks to manufacture.
  • Total: 8–12 weeks including shipping time (may be delayed due to port congestion).

You will receive updates at each stage: order placed, in production, preparing to ship, in transit, and delivered.

All of our furniture is custom-made to order. We cannot accept returns on customized items.

Most of our furniture is fully assembled. Some chairs may require only a few screws or installation of the oil pump. Installation instructions are always included.

We provide a 1-Year warranty, motor 3 years warranty after purchase. If any component is defective, we will assist in arranging local repair or send spare parts to you.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Wearing parts (e.g., footrests, faucets, wheels).
  • Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
  • Natural or man-made disasters.

Shipping Questions

Yes! Since the shipping cost range is different. The price on this website is only suitable for some countries.

If you are from other countries and want to place an order, please contact info@yimmibeauty.com. Our Sales will contact you accordingly.

The price includes the delivery fees. That includes shipping cost and we help you to clear customs, pay the port fee, and deliver to your address. Taxes are also included. (If taxes are not included, we will update you via email.)

Please note: Extra shipping fees apply for orders under $3000, based on your location.

Usually, no. Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates, and other information. All pricing is in USD and is subject to any applicable taxes or duty/import charges according to local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

If there are missing accessories or any broken items, please show us pictures and videos as detailed as you can within 5 days. Also fill out a request form (items name, quantity). We will report it to the warehouse and factory, and arrange to resend or repair ASAP.

Yes. If you have an agent in China to help you arrange the delivery, you can ask your agent/forwarder to pick up the goods in our warehouse. We are located in Foshan, China.
